Research Associate - Synthesis Chemistry Solutions

As a member of the Chemistry Solutions department located in Hyderabad, India, you will be responsible for executing chemical reactions to synthesize molecules and compounds as per client specifications efficiently and effectively. Your main role will involve setting up and executing reactions for the synthesis of target molecules/compounds, understanding project requirements, discussing safety protocols with team members, and ensuring the safety and quality of the work environment. Additionally, you will be required to maintain data integrity, adhere to IP confidentiality policies, and prepare final reports as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Execute reactions for synthesizing target molecules/compounds according to client specifications and project requirements - Ensure safety in the laboratory by following protocols and maintaining equipment as per SOPs - Analyze and interpret analytical data to report synthesis results - Maintain records accurately and ensure IP confidentiality - Foster team morale and skill development through knowledge enhancement activities Functional/Technical Skills: - Knowledge of Chemistry & Safety Protocols - Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and optimize resource usage - Understanding of IP confidentiality and data integrity Qualifications: - MSc in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry with 1-5 years of relevant experience - Candidates with research publications in leading journals preferred Additional Responsibilities: - Coordinate with the reporting team and reporting department - Educational qualifications preferred in a specific category, field specialization, degree, academic score, and institution tier - Required certifications, trainings, and work experience details in the industry, role, and years of experience Key Performance Indicators, Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities will be outlined to support your success in this role.
