Title of the Project Exploring Advanced Strategies through Mechanistic Understanding of Machining Processes in Cold-spray Deposits Using a Coupled Computational and Experimental Approach PI Dr. Anirban Naskar Department Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Post Research Associate Fellowship Rs. 58,000 per month (No HRA will be provided) Minimum Ph. D. in Qualifications Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Production/Materials Engineering or Allied Areas Desirable • Experience with laser-based manufacturing processes. Qualifications • Experience in machining and material deposition processes Hands-on experience in metallographic study Hands-on experience in SEM, EBSD, XRD and other related material characterisation techniques.
