Research Associate - Data Science

RECODE minds is currently seeking a full-time Research Associate in Data Science to join our team for an exciting new venture within the e-learning industry. As the ideal candidate, you will play a crucial role in conducting analytical experiments with precision and regularly assessing alternative models using theoretical approaches. This opportunity offers you the chance to be part of a dynamic and innovative team that creates analysis tools impacting our products and clients positively. Your responsibilities will include researching and developing statistical learning models for data analysis, collaborating with product managers and technical trainers to address company needs, staying updated on the latest technological advancements, processing and validating data integrity, performing ad-hoc analysis, and effectively communicating results to key stakeholders. Proficiency in data science toolkits such as Python, R, Weka, NumPy, MatLab, etc., is essential, with expertise in at least one of these tools being highly desirable. You will also be required to implement new methodologies and optimize development efforts through strategic database usage and project design. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proficiency in Data Analytics using Python, ML, R, Advance ML, and Tableau (optional) is crucial, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience also considered acceptable. This position is open for both internship and full-time roles, based in Hyderabad.
