RERA Compliance & Taxation Executive

We are looking for a RERA Compliance & Taxation Executive with a solid understanding of RERA compliances and practical experience in Income Tax, GST, and TDS. This role is particularly suitable for CA students or semi-qualified professionals seeking exposure in real estate and taxation. Your responsibilities will include managing RERA compliance filings on a quarterly, annual, and project-related basis. You will be required to collaborate with authorities and legal consultants on RERA matters. Additionally, you will assist in preparing and filing Income Tax returns, ensuring GST compliance through returns and reconciliation, maintaining compliance records, and providing support during audits or assessments. Effective liaison with internal departments for data and compliance support will also be part of your duties. Qualifications for this role include being a Semi-Qualified CA or pursuing CA Final, currently residing in Mumbai, with a preference for at least 3 years of relevant experience. You should have a strong grasp of RERA, Income Tax, GST, and TDS regulations, along with familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Excel, and compliance tools. Good communication, organization, and time management skills are essential.
