Job Description: We are looking for Developer with 4+ years of experience in deploying scalable web applications using MERN stack. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects, developing high-quality software, and implementing robust, scalable solutions. Technical requirements include strong expertise in MERN stack, JS, Node.js, and PHP. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications and systems using JavaScript, Node.js and PHP. Develop and manage databases using MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve performance and reliability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively apply them to ongoing projects. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js and PHP. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
