1. The person should have 510 years of hands-on experience in procurement and contract management (Real Estate background)
2. Managing end-to-end procurement processes.
3. Vendor on-boarding, negotiation, and management.
4. Driving cost savings and process optimization.
5. Mandatory proficiency in SAP (especially procurement modules); SAFAL experience is a plus.
6. Strong data accuracy, reporting, and documentation abilities.
7. Sound understanding of procurement policies, compliance norms, and market dynamics.
8. Experience in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
