Role Responsibilities Conduct thorough business analyses to identify areas for improvement. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations using PowerPoint. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align project goals. Develop comprehensive reports from data analysis for strategic decision-making. Utilize Excel for managing and analyzing business data effectively. Ensure all project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback. Identify and document business opportunities and risks. Support the implementation of business solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Participate in project meetings to provide updates and insights. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Assist in training team members on new business processes. Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Provide strategic advice to management on process improvements. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis. Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools. Experience in data collection and analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects. Understanding of healthcare industry trends. Ability to work collaboratively in teams. Experience with project management methodologies. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Effective time management skills.
