Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand standard operation procedures & delivers services that is according to the quality
• Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied.
• Be proactive and take initiatives to explore and learn about the product that we offer
• Good communication skills of Hindi ,English, Bengali and Odia
• Must have knowledge of Excel and word.

Location-Salt Lake sec-V (Webel More)

Morning Shift :
09:00 am to 6:00 pm
10:00 am to 7:00 pm
11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Experience: 6 month
Freshers are also Welcome
