The Reportingand DataEngineerisa key member of the Global Commercial Operations team, responsible for designing, developing, andmaintainingadvanced reporting and analytics solutions. This role partners closely with commercial, service, and IT leaders to enable data-driven decision making,optimizebusiness processes, and support the implementation of Commercial AI initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technicalexpertiseinAzure Data Engineering concepts, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BIwith strong business acumen and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Analytics Solutions:
  Build scalable, user-friendly reports and dashboards usingPower BI , Excel and other analytics tools.

• Maintain and Build Data Platform:
  Work withAzure Data Lake,Microsoft Fabric, and applyprinciples of dataEngineeringand optimization.Maintain detailed documentation of report specifications, development scripts, and SOPs.

• Support Commercial AI Initiatives:
  Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement,monitor, andoptimizeAI-driven commercial analytics solutions.

• Design and Optimize Data Management Tools:
  Develop and enhance ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading from business systems with focus on automations..

• Ensure Data Quality and Integrity:Conduct validation checks, resolve data quality issues, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols.

Requirements

• 4-6 years in data engineering, reporting, and analytics

• Advanced skills inPower BI,Azure Data Engineering concepts,Microsoft Fabric, andadvanceddatamodelling &visualization

• Strong knowledge of DAX, SQL, Python, VBA

• Experience with CRM (SFDC preferred), CPQ, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in commercial analytics is a plus.

• Proven ability to lead complex reporting projects and mentor junior team members

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field equivalent professional experience considered

Language:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Travel:

• Up to 10%

Other:

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with DBS Fundamentals (Visualization, SW, DM, VSM, TPI, Kaizen, 5S, PSP) preferred
