Media Designs is a 25+ year-old corporate communication and branding agency, trusted by leading Indian and global brands. Our new venture, Xpovate, is a next-generation content platform dedicated to capturing, curating and amplifying stories from India’s top B2B expos and trade shows.

We’re looking for a confident, articulate and camera-friendly Female Reporter who can bring the energy of the expo floor to life — through engaging interviews, booth walkthroughs, and live brand showcases. If you’re curious about innovation, enjoy connecting with business leaders, and have a flair for on-camera storytelling, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-camera interviews with founders, innovators, product managers, and exhibitors.
• Present booth spotlight videos and brand showcases live from expo locations.
• Coordinate with the video and content teams to plan shots, scripts, and talking points.
• Deliver clear, concise, and brand-aligned content under tight timelines.
• Manage pre- and post-production activities – ideation, content development, and coordination with the editing team.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality client servicing.
• Represent Media Designs and Xpovate with professionalism, enthusiasm, and subject clarity.

You Must Have:

• Excellent communication skills and strong on-camera presence.
• Prior experience in reporting, anchoring, or digital content creation.
• Comfort interacting with professionals from diverse industries.
• Fluency in English + Hindi (any regional language is a plus).
• Quick thinking and confidence to improvise on-ground.
• Strong understanding of content production workflows.
• Minimum age: 28 years.
