We are a growing Modular Kitchen and Furniture Manufacturing Company looking for a Factory Manager with hands-on experience in managing production and labour while also handling technical tasks like cutting list preparation and working with AutoCAD. ✅ Key Responsibilities:Supervise end-to-end factory operations Prepare accurate cutting lists from design drawings Use AutoCAD to interpret and adjust kitchen layout designs Plan and manage daily production activities Manage labour workforce and assign tasks effectively Coordinate with design, purchase, and installation teams Ensure quality control, on-time production, and minimal wastage Maintain factory discipline, safety, and productivity standards 🛠️ Requirements:Proven experience in modular kitchen or furniture manufacturing Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of modular design drawings Ability to create cutting lists and optimize material usage Strong labour and team management skills Knowledge of factory machinery (panel saw, edge banding, CNC, etc.) Good communication and time management skills
