Role & responsibilities Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business goals and workforce requirements Translate business needs into HR strategies and solutions that drive organizational performance. Lead HR-related change initiatives, aligning people processes with business strategies. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the right talent is in place to meet business goals. Drive succession planning, leadership development, and career progression initiatives. Oversee performance management cycles and ensure consistency in evaluations and feedback across business units. Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and ensure effective resolution of employee concerns Advocate for a positive work environment and strong organizational culture. Design and implement employee engagement programs to increase satisfaction, retention, and performance. Lead initiatives to manage and mitigate employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Support the annual compensation review and bonus processes. Leverage data to analyze trends in employee turnover, retention, engagement, and performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on HR analytics. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Required Skills & Abilities Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Masters preferred). 2-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role. Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development. SPHR or similar HR certification is a plus.
