Role Summary: We are seeking a Marketing/Sales Executive who will bridge the gap between digital leads and on-site project closures. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage both online and field sales interactions effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead Handling & Follow-up • Engage with leads generated by the digital marketing team. • Promptly respond to qualified leads shared by the tele calling team. • Maintain accurate lead records using Excel or CRM systems. Client Interaction & Site Visits • Conduct site visits to understand bathroom renovation requirements. • Explain Reno-Baths offerings, design process, and execution model to clients. • Build trust and rapport with homeowners or commercial property clients. Requirement Collection & Coordination • Document key details: bathroom measurements, fittings needed, aesthetic preferences, and pain points. • Coordinate with estimators and designers to generate proposals and designs. • Ensure timely follow-up with clients on shared quotations and designs. Sales Conversion • Present final proposals to clients and address objections or questions. • Negotiate terms and ensure closure of deals with advance payments. • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing Support • Provide ground feedback to the digital marketing team on lead quality and targeting. • Represent Reno-Bath at exhibitions or residential campaigns as needed. Requirements: • 1-3 years of marketing/sales experience on field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Comfortable with both fieldwork and tech tools like Google Sheets, Excel, etc. • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with high customer satisfaction. • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: • Required bachelors degree in business, Marketing, sales, or related field. • Preferred masters degree in business, Marketing, sales, or related field. • Prior experience in sanitaryware, tiles, or renovation is a plus.
