NTT DATA is looking for a Strategic Pursuit Leader, Vice President to join their Client Growth team. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on managing large deals ($50M+), orchestrating end-to-end strategic pursuit cycles, and architecting engagement strategies. The Pursuit Leader will play a crucial role in understanding value drivers, value proposition, competitive landscape, and decision processes. They will need to develop actionable Pursuit Strategies that articulate required business outcomes and continually refine their understanding of client executives" needs and beliefs. Key Responsibilities: - Own the creation and execution of strategic pursuit engagement plans. - Engage with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and understand their needs. - Manage customer relationships from origination to closure of complex, high-value proposals. - Create win strategies aligned with customer business goals and technology needs. - Lead solution design and orchestration across NTT, partners, and client organizations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements. - Stay updated on trends and technologies to create innovative and competitive solutions. - Work in a fast-paced environment driving deal strategies with multiple stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: - Minimum 15 years of experience in IT enterprise sales, complex deal pursuit, or consulting sales roles. - Minimum 10 years of experience leading sales/new business deal pursuits. - Minimum 8 years of pursuit experience managing and closing deals involving various technology domains. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. - Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
