Role & responsibilities Lead the QA team through the entire testing lifecycle from planning and execution to reporting and closure. Develop, maintain, and execute test plans , test cases , and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications. Coordinate with development and product teams to identify and resolve defects early in the cycle. Implement and manage automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent. Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing . Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA , Bugzilla , or Azure DevOps . Define and monitor QA metrics to ensure continuous improvement in product quality. Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance.
