Company Description Renaissance Arch Consultant Pvt Ltd is a consortium specializing in various aspects of infrastructural development. We are involved in Architecture, Interior Designing, Planning, Infrastructure & Industrial Architecture, Commercial/ Office Buildings, Auditorium Design and Hospital/Healthcare Consultancy for Govt, PSUs and Corporate Organizations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in South Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, managing projects from inception to completion, integrating relevant sub-consultants work including Structure & MEP drawings for architectural needs, and ensuring proper coordination with clients and authorities. Daily tasks will include design, drawings, reviews, and adjustments to designs to align with project goals and regulations. Occasional site & Client office visits for efficient outcome. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design Experience in Project Co-ordination Knowledge of Software Development and Integration relevant to architecture Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities To work full time in South Delhi office. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Prior experience in infrastructural development and similar projects as above is a plus
