Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are hiring an IT Service Manager to oversee service delivery operations, manage SLAs, and ensure high availability of IT services. Ideal for candidates with strong ITIL knowledge and cross-functional coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead incident, problem, and change management processes Monitor SLA/KPI performance and implement continuous improvements Act as liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors Ensure compliance with IT governance and audit policies Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) Experience managing enterprise IT services and escalations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bonus: ITIL certification and experience with ISO 20000 or COBIT Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
