Ideal for candidates with strong ITIL knowledge and cross-functional coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead incident, problem, and change management processes Monitor SLA/KPI performance and implement continuous improvements Act as liaison between IT, business units, and external vendors Ensure compliance with IT governance and audit policies Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) Experience managing enterprise IT services and escalations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bonus: ITIL certification and experience with ISO 20000 or COBIT Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
