What Youll Do:

• Build and maintain high-quality, scalable code for AI systems
• Test and benchmark AI model performance
• Design datasets and workflows for fine-tuning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback)
• Evaluate AI model responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and annotators to improve models
• Explore new tools, techniques, and methods to push AI performance forward

What Were Looking For:

• Strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+)
• Degree in CS/Engineering OR equivalent professional experience
• Experience with Node.js, React, Vue, Angular, or Nest.js
• Solid understanding of scalable, modular web app development
• Comfortable writing maintainable, secure, and testable code
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bonus: Experience with QA, testing, and Docker
