Identify areas for improvement within the cluster's performance metrics (e.g., inventory management, supply chain optimization). Desired Candidate Profile 8-12 years of experience in retail management or related field with expertise in store management, hiring, team leading, revenue generation, target achievement, strategic planning. Should have handled an minimum annual business turnover of 20 Crores MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution; relevant certifications preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
