Role & responsibilities As a Website Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience for new customers transitioning to Reliable Solutions' website and point-of-sale systems. You will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the website setup process and helping them realize the full potential of their Quilt Software platform. -Take ownership of the daily website submissions process, working closely with clients to ensure their websites are created according to their specifications and industry best practices. -Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver completed websites on time. -Develop and share new modules and features that can be utilized by teammates to enhance the overall quality and functionality of clients' websites. -Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are completed on schedule. -Help control scope creep by clearly defining project boundaries and managing client expectations. -Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) reviews for websites submitted in various industries, ensuring they meet Reliable Solutions' standards for design, functionality, and user experience. Your role as a Website Onboarding Specialist is pivotal in shaping the customer journey and ensuring smooth website launches for new and existing customers.
