Job Location: Chakturia, Kharagpur, West Bengal 721301 Duty Hours: 8 hours/day Weekly Off: Sunday Job Categories (Factory Roles): Melting , Molding , Core Maker , Sand Shoveler , Ladle Pusher , Casting Carrier / Sorter , Fettling , Shot Blasting , Quality , Pourer , Loading / Logistics Shift Timings (Rotational): Shift A 06:00 AM 02:00 PM Shift B 02:00 PM 10:00 PM Shift C 10:00 PM 06:00 AM Shifts will be rotational. Candidates must be comfortable working in all shifts. Salary Details (CTC): Monthly CTC: 16,500 Monthly Take-Home: 12,632 (Includes 1,057 monthly bonus) PF (Both Shares): Approx. 3,150/month Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification & Experience: 10th Pass: Minimum 2 years of experience in any field 12th Pass / Graduate / ITI: Minimum 1 year of experience in any field Important: Only candidates from outside West Bengal are eligible to apply.
