Role & responsibilities: Tender Sourcing & Evaluation Track and evaluate relevant tenders from platforms like GeM, CPPP, E-Tender, PSU and private portals. Analyze scope of work, eligibility criteria, submission guidelines, and compliance requirements. Bid Preparation & Submission Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial bids in coordination with sales, engineering, and finance teams. Ensure complete documentation in line with tender requirementsPre-Qualification, Technical, Financial, etc. Handle timely submission through online and offline modes, ensuring no deviations. Documentation & Compliance Maintain updated registrations and certificates (MSME, ISO, GST, PAN, etc.) across various tendering platforms. Arrange EMD/BG/DD as per tender terms and track return or renewal. Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and contract obligations. Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise with internal departments for technical data, product specifications, drawings, costing, and commercial inputs. Respond to pre-bid queries or clarifications in coordination with stakeholders. Follow up with procurement departments or clients post-submission for updates and negotiations. Reporting & MIS Maintain detailed tender tracker for submitted, ongoing, and won/lost tenders. Prepare periodic reports on bid performance, win-loss ratio, and submission pipeline. Key Skills & Competencies: Sound knowledge of tendering norms (Govt, PSU, Private sector) Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word) Hands-on experience with GeM and E-Tender portals Ability to work independently under tight deadlines Preferred Industry Exposure: Warehousing / Racking Systems Industrial Equipment / Capital Goods Infrastructure / Construction Logistics / Material Handling Solutions Experience: 2 to 5 years (relevant in tendering, documentation, and bidding processes) Qualification: Graduate (Commerce / Engineering preferred)
Role & responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies for retail storage projects. Coordinate with internal teams design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and installation. Client Management: Act as the single point of contact for clients from project initiation to handover. Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and ensure compliance with SLAs. Execution & Monitoring: Monitor daily/weekly project progress, resolve site-level issues, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Supervise installation teams and ensure proper deployment of manpower and materials on site. Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets. Track and control project expenses to avoid cost overruns. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain all project-related documentation including BOQs, drawings, MOMs, and compliance checklists. Ensure safety protocols and statutory compliance at project sites. Post-Completion: Facilitate client handover and ensure project closure with proper documentation. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of retail storage/racking systems, shelving designs, and warehouse layout principles. Excellent project management skills with working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD (preferred). Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors and contractors. Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and compliance protocols. Preferred Background: Experience in retail infrastructure, warehousing, racking/shelving manufacturing or integration companies. Exposure to multi-site project execution and client-facing roles.
