Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabric Sourcing Executive based in Mumbai. The responsibilities of this role include sourcing quality fabric from reliable suppliers, negotiating and finalizing contracts, strategizing procurement processes, and collaborating with various teams to align with operational and business goals. The executive will manage supplier relationships, ensure timely procurement, and ensure the quality meets organizational standards while staying updated on market trends and developments. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sourcing options and assess supplier performance. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and negotiating with suppliers. Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Procurement to secure favorable terms and sustainable sourcing. Familiarity with Recruiting processes within procurement, especially for supplier selection or vendor onboarding. Knowledge of fabric types and sourcing methodologies is highly beneficial. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Prior experience in fabric sourcing or related industries is an added advantage.
