Relationship Managers/Branch Managers & Area Managers for Direct Marketing

You will be joining OneInsure, an online platform of Robinhood Insurance Broker Ltd., a renowned IRDAI-licensed Insurance Broking Firm established in 2008 by IIT and IIM alumni. OneInsure offers a wide range of life and general insurance products from top insurers, facilitating seamless comparison and knowledge-sharing for numerous customers. The company operates in 7 major cities with 35+ branches across India and prides itself on a dedicated team of over 700 employees. OneInsure is committed to fair and hassle-free claim settlement and provides various customer-centric services through its user-friendly app. As a Relationship Manager (RM), Branch Manager (BM), or Assistant Manager (AM) in Direct Marketing, your primary role will be based in Chennai on a full-time on-site basis. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, customer service, sales, and marketing activities. Daily interactions with customers will be essential to offer information on insurance products, assist with claims, and deliver prompt customer service. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in lead generation techniques, and a strong customer service orientation. A background in sales with marketing skills and an understanding of market dynamics are required. You should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
