Location: Surat, Navsari, Bardoli, Vyara, Songadh, Ankleshwar Job Summary: As a Relationship Manager at Turtlemint Insurance Broking, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strong network of insurance advisors/partners, guiding them in offering suitable insurance products to clients, and ensuring overall sales targets are met. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for relationship-building and sales. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of POSP (Point of Sales Persons) or insurance advisors. Motivate and support partners to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide product knowledge and regular updates on insurance products. Help advisors with client acquisition and policy conversion. Track sales performance and share reports with the regional team. Maintain a strong relationship with existing partners to ensure retention. Attend training sessions and company meetings as required.
