Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with borrowers, maintaining regular communication, and providing support to facilitate timely payments. Field Visits: Conducting on-site visits to borrowers' residences or businesses to assess their financial situation and collect outstanding payments. Collections Strategy: Implementing effective collection strategies including reminders, follow-up calls, legal actions (when necessary) to maximize recovery rates. Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of collection activities, customer interactions, and updating relevant systems with accurate information.
