As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the First Wealth portfolio of the branch, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing First Wealth clients, and actively acquire new clients through referrals and other business development activities Understand the financial needs and goals of clients and provide them with suitable investment solutions and products Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely updates to clients on market trends and investment performance Collaborate with other departments within the bank to cross-sell products and services to clients Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry Strong knowledge of investment products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of local market and customer base in Panaji, Goa is preferred We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
