As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized wealth management solutions and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing them with customized wealth management solutions Proactively identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and events Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide timely and accurate investment advice to clients Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients Stay updated on market trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective financial advice Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the areas of investments, insurance, and wealth management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of local market and industry trends Relevant certifications such as CFP, CWM, or CFA will be an added advantage If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong background in wealth management, we would love to hear from you.
