This role involves leading and motivating a sales team to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed team targets. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, educational institutions, DSAs, Overseas Study Consultants, Visa Consultants and other stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
