Role Overview: Codingal is looking for a full-time Relationship Manager (Bengali Speaking) to join their passionate team. As a Relationship Manager, your main responsibilities will include managing student retention, renewals, and referrals, building and maintaining profitable relationships with existing customers, engaging with customers through calls and messages, meeting monthly targets in a competitive environment, and gathering feedback from parents for prompt action.
