Relationship Manager - Bank

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing Strategic Alliance plans aligned with the company's growth objectives. This includes negotiating partnership agreements, exploring synergies with alliances, monitoring partnership performance, and identifying business opportunities. Additionally, you will work on developing marketing materials and pitches, collaborate across functions, and ensure successful partnership execution. You will also identify potential tech and fintech companies for engagements, establish communication channels, and take care of technical and legal discussions. Furthermore, you will be involved in drafting and reviewing MoUs, coordinating with legal counsel, and monitoring legal matters within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute Strategic Alliance plans - Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts - Explore synergies and establish communication channels with alliances - Monitor and analyze partnership performance - Identify business opportunities from alliances portfolios - Develop marketing materials and pitches - Collaborate across functions for successful partnership execution - Identify potential tech and fintech companies for engagements - Take care of technical and legal discussions - Draft and review MoUs and Letters of Engagement - Coordinate with legal counsel and monitor legal matters Qualifications Required: - Self-starter with a willingness to learn - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Strong presentation skills - Organizational and analytical ability - Ability to adapt to evolving business needs - Result-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines - Understanding or experience in Trade & Trade Finance industry preferred Additional Details: The company is seeking individuals who can demonstrate a proactive approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business environment.
