We utilize advanced software and experienced matchmaking expertise to present carefully shortlisted matches along with detailed information. Members are responsible for a nominal membership fee during registration and a success fee at the time of matrimony settlement, based on the chosen service level. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing personalized matchmaking services. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating the client database, conducting meetings with clients, and facilitating matches according to client criteria. The role also involves handling client queries, offering guidance throughout the matchmaking process, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using database management systems and matchmaking software Ability to provide personalized client service and manage high-profile client expectations Knowledge of cultural and societal norms in India and abroad Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field Experience in customer relationship management or similar roles Understanding of matchmaking processes and the matrimonial service industry Show more Show less
