As a Fashion Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and create a range of women's western wear products that reflect the brand's vision and sustainability ethos. You will translate creative direction into tangible designs while maintaining the essence of Reistor's brand DNA. Key responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize and design sustainable fashion collections for women's western wear. 2. Propose design ideas using sketches, color palettes, and mood boards in alignment with seasonal themes. 3. Develop and refine designs from drawings or mock-ups from a technical standpoint. 4. Create detailed technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator based on hand sketches and 3D visuals. 5. Interpret measurement specifications and ensure accuracy in garment sizing and fitting. 6. Collaborate with the product and design teams during design meetings and fitting sessions. 7. Finalize prototypes and follow up on pre-production and production samples. 8. Maintain up-to-date collection overviews and design progress reports. 9. Prepare materials and content for design meetings and internal presentations. 10. Visit suppliers and development teams to hand over finalized designs and specifications. 11. Ensure clear communication and teamwork across cross-functional departments, including master tailors and production units. Requirements: 1. Strong passion for and understanding of sustainable fashion principles. 2. Experience in women's western wear design (preferably in a sustainable fashion brand). 3. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and 3D design tools. 4. Knowledge of garment measurements, construction, and fitting standards. 5. Ability to translate conceptual ideas into technically sound product designs. 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
