We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Store Manager to lead daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a store team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the brand’s visual and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day store operations, sales targets, and inventory management. Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting. Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the Head Office for stock replenishment, new collections, and marketing activities Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in line with brand guidelines. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Retail Store Management or Operations . Experience in Fashion, Accessories, Leather, or Footwear brands preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential. Knowledge of POS systems, inventory tools, and retail processes.
