Role: Your most desired role includes converting sales lead into final sale at maximum sale price with suitable payment terms. The role is responsible to execute, monitor and co-ordinate all the marketing & brand communications of the organization by creating communication across media and innovating consistently Marketing activities. Also responsible for post sales communication for customers to help deliver on the brand promise. Other duties include managing lower level sales staff. Job Responsibilities Lead a Team of sales professional Marketing and selling of the companys Real estate product. Maintaining relationship with new and existing Customers Negotiate with new and existing client and remain Persuasive and assertive Make efforts to close the sales lead in short time Make efforts to have maximum visits of prospective clients Maintain overall staff and office administration Post sales follow up and timely payment Manage clients documentation and co-ordinate with accounting staff for recording such transactions Ability to convert prospect to client Reaching out to the target audience Sending weekly reports to the Team Lead. Qualification & Experience: MBA in Marketing 3-5 Years minimum experience in REAL ESTATE SALES (Compulsory) Great communication skills, Innovative, Self-Discipline Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati
