Full-Stack Developer (React / Node) — EMR & ML Platform Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–6 years (startup/0→1 experience preferred) About the Role We are building a next-generation EMR platform with integrated AI transcription, clinical decision logic, and machine-learning driven insights. We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who can think independently, execute fast, and build systems end-to-end—not someone who needs detailed hand-holding. You will be the core developer spearheading architecture, development, deployment, and scaling. Responsibilities Build full-stack features using React / Next.js and Node.js Design and manage database schemas (PostgreSQL/MongoDB) Develop clean, scalable API architectures Build role-based dashboards and workflows Integrate ML models, AI transcription, OCR, and analytics pipelines Work with founders to convert ideas into product logic Own the codebase: quality, documentation, deployment Ship fast with accountability and autonomy Required Skills Strong proficiency in React / Next.js Strong experience with Node.js + Express Experience building complex dashboards and multi-role systems Deep understanding of database design (SQL or NoSQL) Experience with authentication, authorization, role management Ability to design clean architectures without micromanagement Strong debugging + problem-solving skills Nice-to-Have (Bonus) Experience in health-tech, EMRs, HIS, clinic workflows Experience with AI/ML: integrations, inference, OCR, speech-to-text Experience with microservices or event-driven systems Built a 0→1 product in a startup Understanding of clinical/medical data workflows Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Work Location: In person
