ICU Patient care
Monitor, record, & report symptoms or changes in patient's conditions
Administer medications & treatments prescribed by physician.
Assist with Diagonostic tests.
Coordinate with various department like OT, NICU, Pharmacy, reception.
Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catherization, IV, IM & so.
Operate & monitor medical equipment.
Document all aspect of patient care in a timely & accurate manner.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Support & mentor junior nursing staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
