Registered Nurse (Full Time)

Patient Care (Common for Ward & ICU)

• Provide holistic nursing care as per patient needs and care plans.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed.
• Maintain proper documentation of nursing notes, vitals, and treatments.
• Assist doctors during rounds and carry out treatment orders promptly.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding care, hygiene, and follow-up.

2. Ward-Specific Duties

• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients as per protocol.
• Maintain bed allotment, patient comfort, and basic care (hygiene, mobility, feeding).
• Ensure timely collection of samples and follow up on investigations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for cleanliness and patient-friendly environment.
• Monitor post-operative and stable patients for any deterioration.

3. ICU-Specific Duties

• Monitor critically ill patients on ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
• Perform advanced nursing procedures (suctioning, ABG sampling, central line care, tracheostomy care).
• Assist in intubation, resuscitation (CPR/BLS/ACLS), and emergency management.
• Maintain strict aseptic precautions to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
• Ensure accurate input-output charting, hemodynamic monitoring, and immediate reporting of critical changes.

4. Clinical & Administrative Support

• Ensure availability of emergency drugs, crash cart, and equipment.
• Check and maintain nursing supplies, instruments, and linen.
• Follow biomedical waste management as per hospital guidelines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
