Provide direct patient care based on assessment, diagnosis, care plans, and medical orders. Administer medications, treatments, and other therapeutic interventions as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs, progress, and condition, and report significant changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and eating as needed. Perform thorough and accurate nursing assessments to identify patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Monitor and document patient conditions, including changes in vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments. Identify potential risks, complications, and changes in patient status, and take appropriate actions or report concerns to physicians or senior staff. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
