Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patients conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Participate in patient care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification and valid nursing license in India.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in patient assessment and critical thinking.
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
