Job Summary: The Computer Operator cum Office Assistant is responsible for managing office operations, handling administrative tasks, and efficiently operating computer systems to support daily business activities. This role ensures smooth office functioning through accurate data management, documentation, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Operate computers and office equipment efficiently to perform data entry, document preparation, and other computer-related tasks. Maintain and update databases, records, and files accurately. Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations. Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence. Support office administration, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with vendors or service providers. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of documents both in digital and physical formats. Provide support to team members for software, hardware, and network-related issues. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Qualifications & Skills: proficiency in computer operations. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer applications. Typing speed of 40 and strong data entry skills. Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
