Roles and Responsibilities (Genset/DG Sets)

Manage sales performance of assigned dealerships to achieve targets.
Develop and execute strategies for new business development, including identifying potential customers and building relationships.
Oversee channel sales activities, ensuring effective distribution network management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards to team members.
Manage sales pipeline; prepare monthly and annual forecasts, performance dashboards, and executive-level reports.
Build and maintain strategic B2B relationships with key clients and dealer partners; negotiate contracts ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to align field sales execution with brand campaigns and new product launch strategies.
Formulate and execute regional go-to-market strategies for channel operations, dealer development, and market penetration across assigned territories.
The primary responsibility of the Role is to sales Genset in retail market, channel development and business growth.
Responsible for effective execution of the Sales policies pertaining to power generation business & driving the team to channel the excellence to contribute effectively towards business goals.
