Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in affordable housing loans, mortgage loans, and loan against property (LAP) products.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer acquisition rates, and enhance revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including channel partners, distributors, and internal teams to drive business opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

9-19 years of experience in banking or financial services industry with expertise in affordable housing loans, mortgage loans, LAPs.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
Strong understanding of the Indian mortgage market dynamics including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
