About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager with mandatory experience in the real estate industry to drive business development for construction project financing.

The company provides financial assistance to builders and real estate developers for their construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong network of builders, developers, real estate investors, and property consultants, along with the ability to identify funding requirements and convert business opportunities into successful financing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities with real estate builders, developers, and construction companies seeking funding for their projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate developers, channel partners, property consultants, and industry professionals.
• Generate leads for construction finance, project funding, and other real estate financing requirements.
• Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Meet builders and developers to understand their ongoing and upcoming construction projects and funding requirements.
• Evaluate preliminary project information, funding requirements, project status, and client eligibility before coordinating with the internal credit and finance teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, financial assessment, due diligence, credit evaluation, and loan processing.
• Follow up with prospective clients throughout the financing process, from lead generation to deal closure and disbursement.
• Develop strategic partnerships with real estate consultants, brokers, architects, contractors, and other referral sources.
• Monitor regional real estate market trends, competitor activities, and emerging project financing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, proposals, and deal progress through regular sales reports.
• Ensure that all business activities comply with the company's lending policies, documentation requirements, and applicable regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory: 5–10 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience working with builders, real estate developers, construction companies, or real estate investment businesses.
• Strong existing network of builders and developers with ongoing or upcoming construction projects.
• Prior experience in real estate finance, construction finance, project finance, builder funding, LAP, or secured lending will be highly preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closures.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to independently generate business and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and business development.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified builder and developer leads generated.
• Value of construction finance opportunities sourced.
• Number and value of financing deals successfully closed.
• Achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Development of new builder relationships and referral partnerships.
• Conversion rate from lead generation to financing disbursement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a well-connected real estate sales professional who understands the requirements of builders and developers and can identify genuine construction project funding opportunities. Candidates with an established network of developers and a proven record of sourcing and closing real estate financing deals will be given preference.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
