Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the region, focusing on B2B sales of GIA services.
Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the region to increase market share and expand distribution channels.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted lead generation campaigns.

Job Requirements :

4-15 years of experience in b2b sales, business development, field sales or territory sales in the gems & jewellery industry.
Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective leadership and strategy execution.
Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in South India with ability to build relationships at all levels.
