Qualifications

Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related sectors.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiations, and consultative selling, with the ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships.
Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting, including the use of CRM or sales management tools.
Solid understanding of the local market dynamics in Jodhpur and surrounding areas, with the ability to identify opportunities and competitive trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or product information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to lead and mentor sales team members, set clear goals, and monitor performance against targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple accounts, visits, and administrative tasks effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
Comfort with on-site work, frequent local travel, and field-based customer interactions.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical sales practices.
