Regional Sales Head East & South Zone

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a specific geographic region or territory. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing localized sales plans to capture market opportunities. You will also be managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, and ensuring they meet their targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will gather and analyze local market intelligence to inform sales strategies and tactics. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, food provided, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and Provident Fund. The schedule is day shift with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. We are looking for candidates with experience in veterinary Pharma sales. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in animal health care products. The work location will be in person.
