As the Regional Marketing Manager Asia, you will be the go-to expert for local market activation, enhancing performance through digital tactics, events, content creation, and close collaboration with global and regional teams. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing localized marketing strategies aligned with global goals, monitoring trends, customer behavior, and competitors in Asian markets, leading regional trade shows, webinars, and events, adapting global content culturally and linguistically, owning digital and performance marketing campaigns, equipping local sales with tailored collateral and market insights, and serving as a bridge between global marketing and local execution. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in Asia, proficiency in SEO/SEM, CRM, social media, and analytics, hands-on experience with tools like Typo3, SharePoint, and Google Analytics, strong English skills with Asian language skills as a plus, and a collaborative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
