Role Overview: As the Regional Head (Strategic Accounts), your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management, growth, and development of key strategic accounts within a specific zone. You will be required to develop long-term relationships, create tailored solutions, and ensure the delivery of exceptional value to our top-tier clients. Leading the regional sales teams to achieve revenue targets, drive customer satisfaction, and enhance the company's presence in the strategic accounts segment will also be a crucial part of your role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - Proven track record of 8+ years in sales, account management, or business development roles, with at least 2-3 years in managing strategic accounts. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of the market and customer needs in the assigned region. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
