Oversee company’s accounts and investments. Manage all accounting operational including Billing, Monitor Payable & Receivables on regular basis. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts Prepare timely monthly financial statements. Handle all the Accounting compliance. Support month end and year end close process. Ensure quality control over financial transaction and financial reporting. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported. Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies. Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations. Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports. Manage and comply with local, state, central government reporting requirement. Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations. Develop and document accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants. Additional responsibilities as necessary. Qualifications Ø Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Ø 8 or more years of overall combined experience of accounting and financial control. Ø Excellent knowledge of accounting principle and procedure. Ø Excellent Accounting Software user.
