Job Role: Operations Executive Location: Jabalpur (Only candidates from Jabalpur will be considered) Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field (Bachelor's degree) Experience: 0 to 3 years Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with various teams to support operational activities. Maintain and manage records and reports for operational efficiency. Ensure timely and effective communication within the team and with clients. Assist in process improvements and optimization of operations. Monitor inventory and manage stock levels for various operational needs. Skills Required: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using computers and software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Other Requirements: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Jabalpur. A proactive and flexible approach to handle diverse tasks. Oversee company’s accounts and investments. Manage all accounting operational including Billing, Monitor Payable & Receivables on regular basis. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts Prepare timely monthly financial statements. Handle all the Accounting compliance. Support month end and year end close process. Ensure quality control over financial transaction and financial reporting. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported. Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies. Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations. Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports. Manage and comply with local, state, central government reporting requirement. Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations. Develop and document accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Supervise and manage financial department staff, including accountants and financial assistants. Additional responsibilities as necessary. Qualifications Ø Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Ø 8 or more years of overall combined experience of accounting and financial control. Ø Excellent knowledge of accounting principle and procedure. Ø Excellent Accounting Software user.
